A motorcycle tour of over 100 km with a difference in level of 1,500 meters, immersed in the valleys at the Italian and Swiss border.
From Locarno you travel towards the steep roads of the Centovalli, coasting the Melezza River until you reach the Vigezzo Valley. It is an adventurous itinerary with narrow curves, scenic landscapes, and natural beauties. Once you reach Crevoladossola, follow the road to the Antigorio Valley along the Toce River, passing through Ponte (Zimstäg), all the way to a Walser settlement at an elevation of 1,729 meters: Riale (or “Chärbäch” in Walser dialect) in the Formazza Valley. The valley landscape is filled with alpine lakes and natural waterfalls. The impressive Toce Waterfall, 143 meters long, is located along the way, towards the top end of the valley.
